How to play guitar hero and get bonus points
The Guitar Hero game is one of the most popular video games available
and will keep you engrossed for hours. The game tests your sense of
rhythm and how well you can synchronize your hands and eyes.
Points are scored on the game by matching the tunes, and this can be
done by pressing the correct colored buttons on the guitar. The button
that needs to be pressed will be shown on the screen and you will have
to correspond it to the color of the button on the guitar. It sounds
quite simple, but once you start playing, you’ll know that it actually
is not that easy!
The Guitar Hero game has a number of modes and levels and you have to be
wise while selecting the appropriate modes and levels. If you are a
trained guitar player, you can start playing in the medium level, as the
easy level will be just too simple for you.

You can select from a variety of songs, and if you like a particular
song, it can help you play better. However, if you are a novice and have
never touched a guitar, it would really be helpful to start playing the
game in the easy level.
A point is scored each time you match the right cord on the guitar with
that displayed on the screen. The cords can be identified by the colors.
There are five buttons on the guitar, Green, Red, Yellow, Blue, and
Orange. A tune is played by matching these colors to the ones displayed
on screen.
In the easy level, only three buttons are active – the green button, the
red button and the yellow button. In the medium level, four buttons –
green, red, yellow and blue, along with two note chords are active. The
next level is known as the hard level and here all the five buttons –
red, green, yellow, blue and orange are active.
The three note chords are active too and the majority of the notes get
played. The last level is the expert level, where the five buttons –
red, green, yellow, blue and orange are active and so are all of the
note chords.
As I mentioned above, if you are a novice try sticking to the easy mode
for a while. And like we all know, practice makes us perfect and so
there is no harm in waiting before jumping to the next level! However,
if you find the easy level too simple, try your luck in the higher
levels and see how you fare.
The game really is a lot of fun and you can score with every correct
note. Bonus points can be earned if you successfully hit the correct
notes back to back. The rate of bonuses can even go up to four times the
actual score, but the moment you hit a wrong note, the bonus system
collapses. You have to work hard and start hitting consecutive correct
notes till the bonus system builds up again.
So as you can see, the Guitar Hero game is a great game that challenges
your mind and concentration powers simultaneously. Enjoy the game and
build your scores – it really is a lot of fun. Good luck! |
